Urban people mobility (Istanbul) - focuses on passenger transport on Bagdat Street. The pilot addresses trust and acceptance factors in high-density urban environments, targeting vulnerable user groups including elderly, young, and disabled people, where cultural and social considerations play crucial roles in technology adoption. Two remotely supervised SAE Level 4 shuttles will provide last-mile connectivity. The pilot emphasises safety, inclusion, and trust via intuitive user interfaces and real-time operator support.
